Before a shinobi starts
Cancel from your dashboard for a full refund to your original payment method.
During a mission
If a mission cannot be finished, we refund the part that was not delivered, in proportion to the progress made.
Account penalties
Because boosting breaks Riot's rules, we cannot refund penalties Riot applies to an account.
Cashback
Cashback credited for an order is removed if that order is refunded.
