What we collect
Email, username, order details, payment status (PayPal and card payments are handled by PayPal and crypto payments by Cryptomus; we never see card numbers or PayPal logins, only the amount, the payment method, PayPal's order, capture and payer IDs and, for crypto, the coin and transaction ID; card payments made through Whop before October 2026 keep their Whop payment record) and, for active orders, your encrypted game login.
Why
To deliver orders, show your order status, prevent fraud and answer support requests.
Live chat and visits
While you are on the site, our support team can see which page you have open and, in the support chat, what you are typing before you send it, so they can answer faster; unsent text is never saved, and only the messages you send are kept.
Retention
Game logins are deleted when an order ends. Order records are kept for accounting.
